I love that you’ve found time to start working on your book - lack of confidence and pressure to succeed can be debilitating for writers, but just getting started is such an important step ☺️ I look forward to hearing about your progress! There’s nothing wrong with a bit of Bon Jovi 😉

Hey Kate, this is a cool round-up! I really liked it.

Good luck with writing your book! It’s a scene, Kate, it’s a scene…

I’m sure it’s a scene for dudes like Hollinghurst too…looking forward to reading your thoughts on Swimming Pool!

Three !!! in one reply. It sure what the punctuation gods would have to say, but hey: I’m writing this, not them!!!!

Ha!!!!!! Thanks, Nicolas :) Hollinghurst is an interesting read, for sure! He has a real way of weaving a story and revealing his characters.

Love this roundup, and love that you have a teen-angsty Playlist! This isn't surprising because I feel like intense writing, as you're doing, can bring out creativity in so many other areas. Good luck with the book! 🌻
